News . 25 Feb. 2025
Cartagena, the graduation film of the class of 2024, has been selected to participate in the next edition of the New York International Children’s Film Festival (NYICFF). ESMA is proud to announce this wonderful recognition of the talent and work of our students!
A prestigious selection at the New York International Children’s Film Festival
The New York International Children’s Film Festival, a world-renowned event for films aimed at young audiences, has been running since 1997. Every year, this festival showcases works from all over the world, chosen for their originality and their ability to captivate children’s attention. Entering this competition is a unique opportunity for our young graduates, enabling them to gain international visibility and recognition from film experts.
This selection reflects the exceptional quality of the work accomplished by our 3D Animation and Special Effects students. This film, with its rich visual world and moving story, won over the festival jurors.
A huge congratulations to the film crew!
Eight students have led this project with passion and creativity:
Léa BERBACH, Fabien BERNARD, Lou BUISSON, Paola COUTURIER, Marine LA VILLA, Theo NOUARE, Marie PACREAU and Abla SAIGH.
May this New York adventure bring them the best! The verdict is expected on 16 March 2025.
We wish the whole Cartagena team every success!
