Studio conference – Superprod

For the first time in Nantes, one of the French leaders in animation, the Superprod studio, was visiting Nantes to meet the students of the last year of CG Animation & FX Master Degree. On the program: presentation of the studio and discovery of the students’ films.

The Superprod Sudio has been in existence for 10 years now. Based in Paris, Angoulême and Los Angeles, the studio has made its mark in the animation industry in France and across 180 countries. It has produced 6 family feature films such as Paf le Chien, Les blagues à Toto, Le chant de la mer, Les lulus and more than 200 episodes of animated series for TF1, M6, Canal +, France Télévisions, but also Netflix, Disney, Warner and Nickelodeon.
François Perreau, director of Superprod, and Guillaume Villeneuve, producer of the studio, came to meet the students of the last year of CG Animation & FX Master Degree in Nantes.
A FIRST MEETING IN NANTES
These two professionals of the animation world came to present their studio during a conference. They presented the different branches of the structure as well as the projects in progress and the challenges that await them for the next months and years. They also made a return on their last films and series to which they contributed.
Then, each group of students presented their final film to François Perreau and Guillaume Villeneuve. Together, they talked about the script and the different objectives and issues of each film. They were able to show them visuals and different stages of production. It was the perfect opportunity to talk about your film to professionals and test your story!
