• Selected as part of the Young Public Edition of the International Festival of Films on Art Professions (FIFMA des Ecoles)

The FIFMA des Ecoles aims to raise the awareness of schoolchildren in the Seine Saint Denis region to the arts and crafts and cinema by offering them a discovery tour of the arts and crafts (visits to workshops, museums, exhibitions, etc.) which ends with a screening of around ten films on the arts and crafts on 22 April at the Cin’Hoche in Bagnolet, 23 April at the Méliès in Montreuil and 24 April at Ciné 104 in Pantin. 30 classes from CP to Terminale from Montreuil, Pantin, Bagnolet and the Pré Saint Gervais, i.e. nearly 700 students are taking part in the 2020 edition of the FIFMA des Ecoles.

The selection committee for the films for the schools wished to select “Comme un éléphant dans un magasin de porcelaine” (Like an elephant in a china shop) for the “Elementary schools, out of competition” programmes. The film will therefore be presented twice, on the morning of 23 April in Montreuil and on 24 April in Pantin.
