The short film Mésozoïque Alternatif, released in 2021, will be shown throughout the summer at Dinopédia, the largest animated dinosaur park in France, in La Grand-Combe.

Representatives from Cube Creative and Xilam came to meet students from Montpellier in the 4th year of the CG Animation and FX Master Degree, while students from other campuses were able to follow the conference via streaming.

The 4th year students of CG Animation & FX Master Degree received a visit from representatives of the Toulouse-based studio TAT. This was an opportunity for our students to learn more about this fast-growing structure and also to talk with seasoned professionals.

Almost thirty-six years after the iconic first film that made Tom Cruise a global star, the second instalment of Top Gun is coming to the cinema. Pete “Maverick” Mitchell returns for more awesome adventures. Several of our CG Animation and FX Master Degree alumni worked on this long-awaited project!

The second part of the adventures of Doctor Stephen Strange is coming to the cinema after a first epic on the big screen in 2016. Several former students of CG Animation and FX Master Degree contributed to this new project signed by Marvel Studios.

The 4th year students of ESMA’s CG Animation & FX Master Degree, from all campuses, attended a conference given by Digital District, a studio specialised in digital visual effects. This company has been involved in prestigious films such as The Artist, Samba and Jackie.

The 11th film of the Harry Potter franchise is on the big screen! For this third part of the Fantastic Beasts, former students of our CG Animation and FX MAster Degree worked on this project, mainly via the Framestore studio.

ESMA students from all campuses were able to attend a conference by Double Negative (DNEG), a British CG animation studio. This studio has recently worked on Dune, Stranger Things, Garfield and Sonic.

Released in 2017, the story of the little dragon Achoo never ceases to please!  The film has just renewed a third year of screening in the famous theme park of Puy-de-Dôme: Vulcania.
