Reven shines at the famous Stuttgart animation festival!

Reven, the graduation film of the class of 2024, has been selected for the INTERNATIONAL TRICKFILM FESTIVAL OF ANIMATED FILM (ITFS) in Stuttgart. This festival, recognised as a major reference in animation, will take place from 6 to 11 May 2025. ESMA is proud to announce this great success!
An unmissable event for an international festival
Every year, Stuttgart welcomes thousands of spectators and professionals who come to discover a demanding selection of animated films. This festival, which showcases both new talent and major productions, celebrates innovation and creativity. Established in 1982, the International Trickfilm Festival of Animated Film (ITFS) is today one of the most prestigious events in the sector.
Reven, selected in 2 categories
The film Reven stands out with a double selection:
- “Tricks for Kids”, a competition dedicated to animated films for young audiences.
- “School Programme”, a showcase highlighting the best creations from international animation schools.
The directors Hugo Babey, Victor Barreau, Line Bossard, Chloé Hurard, Coralie Monnier, Mathilde Morin, Léna Ripoche and Tanguy Salaun have seen their talent rewarded with these two selections.
Thanks to their training in 3D Animation 3D Animation & and Special Effects at ESMA, their film has made a name for itself on the international scene and has become one of the gems of emerging animation.
